Cancellation Policy
• Any appointments cancelled within 48 HOURS of the scheduled appointment time will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service(s).
• Any appointments cancelled within 24 HOURS of the scheduled appointment time will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service(s).
• “No-Shows" will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service(s).
• Upon your third appointment cancelled within 48 hours or first "No-Show" appointment, you will be black listed from booking any future appointments and any future appointments previously made will be cancelled.
